Shipping Charges

Standard U.S. shipping is $9.95. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard U.S. shipping. Available options and final charges are displayed before an order is submitted.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Standard delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Service Area and Tracking

We currently ship within the United States. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the package. Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address.

Delays and Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days or shows delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and then email us. We will assist with a carrier inquiry.
