Refund and Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in original packaging with all labels, accessories and documentation. Helmets must not have been used on a ride and must be free of marks, odors, hair or signs of wear.

Starting a Return

Email info@jlnmotogear.com with your order number, item and reason. Wait for authorization before shipping. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Customer return shipping applies to preference- or size-related returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will provide an appropriate replacement, return label or refund. Final-sale items and gift cards are non-returnable unless required by law.
